Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the Thọ Quang area of Son Tra District, start by heading towards the main road, Nguyễn Tất Thành. Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with Lê Văn Hưu street. Turn left onto Lê Văn Hưu. Continue walking until you reach the entrance of the Ban Co Peak trail, which is well-marked. The hike will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your pace.

• Motorbike Rental

  For those who prefer a quicker route, consider renting a motorbike. Various rental shops can be found around Son Tra District. After renting, head towards Nguyễn Tất Thành street and follow it until you see the sign for Ban Co Peak. There is a parking area at the base of the trail. Rental costs typically range from 100,000 to 150,000 VND per day.

• Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service

  You can also use a taxi or a ride-hailing app like Grab. Simply input 'Ban Co Peak' as your destination. The driver will take you to the closest point to the trailhead. The fare will depend on your starting point but expect to pay around 50,000 to 100,000 VND for the trip. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location.

• Local Bus

  If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, you can take a local bus. Look for bus number 1 or 2, which travels along Nguyễn Tất Thành. Get off at the nearest stop to Lê Văn Hưu street. From there, it will be a short walk to the Ban Co Peak trailhead. A bus ticket costs around 7,000 VND.
