If you are starting from the Ha Long Night Market, head southeast on Trần Hưng Đạo Street toward Hồng Gai District. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Trần Quốc Nghiễn Street. Turn left onto Trần Quốc Nghiễn Street and walk for about 500 meters. The Bảo tàng Quảng Ninh (Quang Ninh Museum) will be on your right.

You can easily find a taxi from any location in Ha Long. Simply tell the driver 'Bảo tàng Quảng Ninh' or show them the address: Trần Quốc Nghiễn, Hồng Gai, Hạ Long. The fare should be around 30,000 to 50,000 VND depending on your starting point. The museum is well-known, so most drivers will be familiar with it.

If you prefer public transport, take Bus No. 01 from Ha Long Market bus station. The bus will take you through Hồng Gai and you will want to get off at the stop closest to Trần Quốc Nghiễn. Walk about 10 minutes east on Trần Quốc Nghiễn Street, and the Bảo tàng Quảng Ninh will be on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule, as it may vary on weekends.
