If you are near Ha Long Bay, start by heading east on Lê Thánh Tông Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Lê Thánh Tông. Continue for another 500 meters. Dragon Bay Park will be on your left at the address 1-499 Lê Thánh Tông, Hồng Gai, Hạ Long.
