    If you're starting from the Ha Long Night Market, head southeast toward Trần Hưng Đạo Street. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Nguyễn Văn Cừ Street. Turn left onto Nguyễn Văn Cừ Street and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. You will cross a roundabout; continue straight. After about 300 meters, you will see a sign for Bến Đoan. The Ban Quản Lý Vịnh Hạ Long is located in a building on the right side of the street, at Số 2 Lô TĐC CQ-3 khu DVCC, Bến Đoan.

  • Public Bus

    From your location in Ha Long, find the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 14 or 16, which both head towards Bến Đoan. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the Bến Đoan bus stop. Once you exit the bus, walk toward the waterfront, and you will see the Ban Quản Lý Vịnh Hạ Long building at Số 2 Lô TĐC CQ-3 khu DVCC on your left.

    If you have a bicycle, start from the central area of Ha Long. Head towards Trần Hưng Đạo Street, and then proceed south on Nguyễn Văn Cừ Street. This route is about 2 kilometers.
