If you are in the center of Ha Long City, head towards Bãi Cháy. You can start by walking along Hạ Long Street in the direction of the coast. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Trần Quốc Nghiễn Street. Turn left onto Trần Quốc Nghiễn Street and follow it until you reach the coast. Once you reach the waterfront, you should see signs directing you towards Halong International Port. Continue walking along the waterfront, and you will eventually arrive at Halong International Port, where Swan Cruises operates.
