Head east on Đ. 3/2 for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Đ. Nguyễn Huệ. Turn left onto Đ. Nguyễn Huệ and continue walking for about 500 meters. The statue is located at 110 Đ. Nguyễn Huệ, Bến Nghé, Quận 1, which is in District 1.

You can take a public bus from District 10 to District 1. Head to the nearest bus stop on Đ. 3/2 and look for bus number 5 or 30. The fare is around 7,000 VND. Once you get on the bus, stay on for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the 'Nguyễn Huệ' bus stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the statue at 110 Đ. Nguyễn Huệ.
