From Ben Thanh Market (a popular tourist area), walk to the Ben Thanh Bus Station, which is located at 57 Lê Lợi, Bến Thành, District 1. Take Bus No. 150 towards Bến xe miền Đông (Eastern Bus Station). The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the stop near Thủ Đức (you can ask the bus driver to alert you). From there, you can take a taxi or a short ride on a motorbike taxi to the Ao Dai Museum.

Currently, the metro system in Ho Chi Minh City is still under development, but once it’s operational, you can take Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) from Ben Thanh Station to Suoi Tien Station. From Suoi Tien, take a taxi or a motorbike taxi to the Ao Dai Museum, which is approximately 15 minutes away.
