Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from Hoi An Ancient Town, start by heading east on Trần Hưng Đạo Street, then take a left onto Nguyễn Thái Học Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, and take the second exit onto Đường Cửa Đại. Follow this road for about 5 km until you see signs for Cẩm Thanh. Turn left onto Tống Văn Sương Street and continue until you reach Cam Thanh Rice Fields. Parking is available on-site, and there are no additional costs for entry.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To reach Cam Thanh Rice Fields by public transportation, take a local bus from Hoi An Ancient Town to Cẩm Thanh. The bus station is located near the market in town. Look for buses that display 'Cẩm Thanh' on their route signs. The fare is typically around 20,000 VND. Once you arrive in Cẩm Thanh, you can either walk to the rice fields (approximately 1 km) or hire a local taxi or motorbike taxi for a short ride.

• Bicycle

  For an adventurous option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Hoi An Ancient Town. Head east on Trần Hưng Đạo Street, turning left onto Nguyễn Thái Học Street, and then follow the same route as if you were driving. Biking to Cam Thanh Rice Fields will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and remember to wear a helmet. Rental costs for bicycles are usually around 30,000 to 50,000 VND per day.

• Motorbike Taxi (Xe Ôm)

  If you prefer not to drive, you can hire a motorbike taxi (Xe Ôm) to take you to Cam Thanh Rice Fields. From Hoi An Ancient Town, simply flag down a motorbike taxi or use a ride-hailing app. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes and usually costs around 50,000 to 100,000 VND depending on your negotiation skills and the distance.
