Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Hue, head towards Le Loi Street. Walk along Le Loi Street until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn left onto Tran Hung Dao and continue walking straight. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. Keep walking until you reach the Nguyen Hoang Bridge. Cross the bridge, and then follow the road straight until you see the entrance to Đại Nội on your right. The entrance is marked with a large gate.

  • Cyclo (Pedicab)

    You can hire a cyclo from any popular tourist area or street in Hue. Tell the driver you want to go to Đại Nội. They will typically take you along Le Loi Street, and then turn onto Tran Hung Dao Street, heading towards Nguyen Hoang Bridge. After crossing the bridge, they will take you directly to the entrance of Đại Nội. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the city center. Start by cycling towards Le Loi Street.
