Walking
From the center of Hue, head east towards Le Loi Street. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn right onto Tran Hung Dao Street and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. You will see the entrance to the Imperial City (Dai Noi) on your left. Enter the Imperial City and continue walking through the complex until you reach the Đông Khuyết Đài, which is situated within the walls of the Imperial City.

Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Hue. Start from the center of Hue, cycling east along Le Loi Street. After about 1 km, turn right on Tran Hung Dao Street. Continue cycling for around 500 meters, and you will find the entrance to the Imperial City on your left. Once inside, navigate through the pathways until you arrive at Đông Khuyết Đài, located within the complex.

Cyclo (Pedicab)
To take a cyclo, find a cyclo driver in the center of Hue, often near tourist hotspots. Tell the driver you want to go to the Imperial City (Dai Noi). The driver will take you along the main roads, and after about 10-15 minutes, they will drop you off at the entrance of the Imperial City. From there, you can enter the complex and walk to Đông Khuyết Đài.
