Once at the bus station, look for buses heading towards Phú Lộc or Lăng Cô. The journey to Elephant Springs (Suối Voi) takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Elephant Springs; they will usually stop for you if you ask.
