If you are starting from the center of Hue, head towards Tran Hung Dao Street. Walk along Tran Hung Dao Street until you reach the intersection with Le Loi Street. Turn left onto Le Loi Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Dinh Tien Hoang Street. Turn right onto Dinh Tien Hoang Street and follow it until you see the sign for Thuy Xuan area. Continue straight, and you will arrive at 8 Doan Nhu Hai where Luu Khiem Lake is located.

Hire a cyclo (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi) from any central location in Hue. Tell the driver to take you to Luu Khiem Lake at 8 Doan Nhu Hai in Thuy Xuan.
