If you're starting from the center of Hue, head south on Đ. Trần Hưng Đạo towards Đ. Lê Lợi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Đ. Ông Ích Khiêm. Turn left onto Đ. Ông Ích Khiêm and walk for about 600 meters. You will see the Meteorological Tower on your right, located at FH6C+V87, in the Thuận Hoà area of Hue.

You can hire a cyclo from any tourist area in Hue. Tell the driver you want to go to the Meteorological Tower (Tòa nhà khí tượng). Provide them with the address: FH6C+V87, Đ. Ông Ích Khiêm, Thuận Hoà. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to check with the driver that they know the location.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Hue and head south along Đ. Trần Hưng Đạo. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Đ. Ông Ích Khiêm.
