Walking
If you are starting from the Huế Imperial City, exit through the main gate. Once outside, walk straight ahead on Đoàn Thị Điểm street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Trần Hưng Đạo street. Turn left onto Trần Hưng Đạo street. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you will see The Flag Tower on your right, located within the Imperial City area.

Hail a cyclo (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi) from anywhere in the city center. Tell the driver you want to go to The Flag Tower (Cột cờ). The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. You can ask the driver to drop you off at the main gate of the Imperial City, from where The Flag Tower is just a short walk.
