Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Hue at the famous Hue Imperial City (Citadel). Head southeast on Le Loi Street towards the Perfume River. Cross the bridge (Truong Tien Bridge) over the river to reach Le Duan Street. Continue on Le Duan Street until you reach the intersection with Phan Chu Trinh Street. Turn left onto Phan Chu Trinh Street, then continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tran Cao Van Street. Take a right onto Tran Cao Van Street and follow it until you reach the bus station.

  • Bus

    From the bus station, take Bus No. 2 (Thuy Bang route) which goes towards Thien An Monastery. The bus ride should take around 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver or check with local passengers to ensure you get off at the correct stop near Thien An Monastery. After getting off, walk a short distance (about 5-10 minutes) towards the entrance of the monastery.
