Walking
If you are already in Phú Thanh, the simplest way to reach Phú Văn Lâu is by walking. Start by heading southwest on Lê Duẩn Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by local shops and street vendors along the way. As you approach the intersection with Điện Biên Phủ Street, keep an eye out for the Phú Văn Lâu, located at FH8J+59V, slightly to your left. It should take you around 15-20 minutes to reach there on foot.
Bicycle
Another option is to rent a bicycle, which is a popular mode of transport in Hue. You can find bicycle rental shops in Phú Thanh. After renting a bike, head southwest on Lê Duẩn Street, maintaining a pace that allows you to enjoy the scenery. Cycle for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at Phú Văn Lâu. This journey should take approximately 10 minutes. Make sure to follow the traffic rules and be cautious of pedestrians.
Motorbike Taxi
For a quicker option, you can use a motorbike taxi service, commonly known as 'xe ôm' in Vietnam. To use this service, simply find a nearby motorbike taxi driver or use a ride-hailing app like Grab. Provide them with your destination: Phú Văn Lâu, FH8J+59V, Lê Duẩn. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic, and it usually costs around 20,000 to 30,000 VND (approximately 1-1.5 USD).
