Travel Guide to Núi Ông Lang

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in Duong Dong town, start by walking towards the east along Tran Hung Dao street until you reach the intersection with Nguyen Trung Truc street. Turn left onto Nguyen Trung Truc and continue walking straight until you reach the first roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Vo Van Kiet street. Continue on Vo Van Kiet street until you reach the fork in the road where it meets Cua Can street. At this fork, continue straight to stay on Vo Van Kiet, which will turn into Cua Can. Follow Cua Can as it leads you through lush greenery and local villages. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will start to see signs for Núi Ông Lang. As you approach the base of the hill, there will be a path leading upwards; follow this path to reach the top of Núi Ông Lang.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from your hotel or a nearby rental shop in Duong Dong. Head east on Tran Hung Dao street, then turn left onto Nguyen Trung Truc street. Ride along Nguyen Trung Truc until you reach the roundabout, taking the second exit onto Vo Van Kiet street. Cycle along Vo Van Kiet, which will then become Cua Can street. After about 3 kilometers, keep an eye out for signs indicating Núi Ông Lang. Look for the path leading up the hill and park your bicycle at the bottom before climbing the hill on foot for the best views.

• Motorbike

  For those comfortable with riding a motorbike, rent one from a local shop in Duong Dong. Start from the main street and head east on Tran Hung Dao street. When you reach the intersection with Nguyen Trung Truc street, turn left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Vo Van Kiet street. Keep going on Vo Van Kiet, which will turn into Cua Can street. After about 3 kilometers, follow the signs for Núi Ông Lang, and look for the path leading up to the hill. Park your motorbike at the base and proceed to hike up to the summit.
