If you are driving from Hanoi, take the Thang Long Boulevard (QL32) heading west. Continue for about 20 km until you reach Hoài Đức district. Look for signs leading to An Khánh. Once in An Khánh, use GPS coordinates (20.9976, 105.7321) to navigate to the parking area near the foot of Rong Mountain. The parking might incur a small fee (approximately 10,000 VND). From the parking area, follow the trail that leads to the mountain top, which takes about 30-45 minutes of hiking.

To reach Rong Mountain by public transportation, take a bus from Hanoi to Hoài Đức. You can catch a bus from My Dinh Bus Station (Bến xe Mỹ Đình) to An Khánh (look for bus 79 or local buses that head to Hoài Đức). The fare is approximately 20,000 VND. After arriving at An Khánh, you can either take a taxi or ride-hailing service to get to the foot of Rong Mountain. The taxi ride will cost around 50,000 - 70,000 VND. Once you reach the parking area, start your hike to the mountain top, which will take around 30-45 minutes.
