From the center of Sapa, head north towards the Sapa Stone Church. Once you reach the church, take the road that leads northeast (the main road is called Thạch Sơn). Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer, passing by the local market. You will see signs for Dragon Jaw (Rồng Mày) along the way. Keep walking until you reach a fork in the road, then take the left path which will take you uphill. Follow this trail for about 20 minutes, and you will arrive at Dragon Jaw, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and Sapa.
