Walking
From the center of Sapa, head towards the Sapa Market. Once at the market, walk along Thach Son Street until you reach the intersection with Muong Hoa Street. Turn left onto Muong Hoa Street and continue straight until you see signs for Ham Rong Mountain. The entrance to Ham Rong is located a short walk from Muong Hoa Street on your right.
Motorbike taxi (xe ôm)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) from anywhere in Sapa. Just tell the driver 'Ham Rong' or show them a map with the location marked. They will take you directly to the entrance of Ham Rong Mountain. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
Bicycle rental
You can rent a bicycle from various shops around Sapa. Start from the central square and cycle down Thach Son Street. Continue straight, passing the Sapa Market, and take a left onto Muong Hoa Street. Follow the road signs to Ham Rong Mountain, which will be a pleasant ride with beautiful views along the way.
