Walking
If you are starting from the center of Vung Tau, head east on Le Duan Street towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the coastline, then turn left onto Thuy Van Street. Walk along Thuy Van Street for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to Flagpole Park (117 Thùy Vân, Phường Thắng Tam) on your left side. The park features a large flagpole and is a popular spot for both locals and tourists.

Public Bus
Check for local bus routes that head towards the beach area. If you are near the Vung Tau bus station, take Bus No. 1 which travels along Thuy Van Street. Get off at the stop closest to 117 Thuy Van Street. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Flagpole Park. Just follow the road towards the beach and the park will be on your left.

For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike at one of the local rental shops in the city. Start from the center of Vung Tau and head towards the beach via Le Duan Street. Once you reach the coast, cycle along Thuy Van Street. The ride is pleasant and takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Look for Flagpole Park on your left at 117 Thuy Van Street.
