If you are starting from the center of Vung Tau, head east on Le Duan Street towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the coastline, then turn left onto Thuy Van Street. Walk along Thuy Van Street for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to Flagpole Park (117 Thùy Vân, Phường Thắng Tam) on your left side. The park features a large flagpole and is a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
