Getting There

    From your location in Virginia, enter your GPS or map application and set the destination to Algonkian Regional Park, 47001 Fairway Dr, Sterling, VA 20165. If you're using I-66, take the exit onto I-495 N (Capital Beltway). Continue on I-495 N for approximately 10 miles. Then, take the exit for VA-7 W toward Leesburg. After about 5 miles, take the exit for VA-28 N. Continue on VA-28 N for 6 miles and then take the exit toward Sterling. Follow signs for Algonkian Regional Park. The park will be on your right at Fairway Dr. There is no entry fee for the park.

    If traveling by public transportation, you can use the Washington Metro system. Take the Silver Line towards Ashburn and get off at the Wiehle-Reston East station. From there, transfer to the Loudoun County bus system (Route 65) towards Sterling. Get off at the Algonkian Regional Park stop. Please check the bus schedule as services may vary, and allow for additional time for transfers. A one-way fare on the Metro is approximately $2.25-$6.00, depending on distance, and a bus fare is typically around $2.00.
