Car
If you are driving from anywhere in Northern Neck, you should head towards the nearest major road, Route 3. From Route 3, take the exit towards Route 200 East (towards Kilmarnock). Continue on Route 200 until you reach the intersection with Route 354. Turn left onto Route 354 and continue until you reach Tibitha. Look for RR2V+GG, Tibitha, VA in your GPS. The destination is located near the water, so be sure to follow the road signs for any local parks or waterfront access points.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in Northern Neck. However, you can take a local bus service to Kilmarnock. Once in Kilmarnock, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to Tibitha, as public transit does not directly serve that area. Check with local bus schedules for the most current routes and times. Expect to pay a fare for the bus and an additional fee for taxi services.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, biking can be a scenic way to reach Northern Neck Reef. Start at Kilmarnock and take Route 200 East. Follow the same route as cars, but be cautious of traffic. Ensure you have a map app on your phone for navigation. The distance is approximately 12 miles, so plan for at least an hour of travel time depending on your pace.

If you are already in Tibitha, you can walk to Northern Neck Reef. Look for local signs directing you towards the waterfront. The area may be a short distance away, so take the pedestrian paths that connect the local neighborhoods to the water. Ensure you have comfortable walking shoes and stay hydrated.
