Continue on Route 3 until you reach the intersection with I-95 South. Merge onto I-95 South and keep driving for about 40 miles. Take exit 74C for Broad St toward US-33 E. Continue on Broad St for approximately 2 miles and then turn right onto S Belvidere St. The Virginia War Memorial will be on your left at 621 S Belvidere St, Richmond, VA 23220. There is parking available on-site.
