If you're starting from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, head north along the boardwalk until you reach 24th Street. Turn left onto 24th Street and continue walking until you reach Pacific Avenue. Turn right on Pacific Avenue and walk towards 31st Street. The Conch Shell Statue is located at 31st Street and the beach, just a short walk from the boardwalk.
