After about 5 miles, take exit 31B for US-29 N toward Colesville. Follow US-29 N for about 10 miles, then take the exit for MD-650 N. Continue on MD-650 N for about 3 miles and merge onto I-295 N. Follow signs for Washington, D.C. After entering the city, follow local signs to reach your destination. Note that there may be parking costs depending on the area near Belvoir Place.
