Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, then get off at the stop at Alki Ave SW & 63rd Ave SW. The Alki Point Lighthouse is a short walk from there; simply head east on Alki Ave SW for about 0.5 miles until you reach 3201 Alki Ave SW.
