If you are starting from the Bremerton Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and head southeast on 1st St toward Pacific Ave. Continue straight onto Washington Ave. Walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach 4th St. Turn left onto 4th St and continue for another 0.2 miles. From the Bremerton Ferry Terminal, take the Kitsap Transit Route 1 bus towards Tacoma. The bus will take you over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
