You can take Bus Route 201 or 202, which will take you closer to Lowell Park. Get off at the stop on 3rd Avenue and 46th Street. From there, walk south on 3rd Avenue for about 2 blocks, and you will arrive at Lowell Park located at 4605 S 3rd Ave. The park entrance will be on your left.
