Getting There

  • Bus

    To get to Pier 62 from central Kirkland, walk to the Kirkland Transit Center located at 123 3rd St, Kirkland, WA 98033. From there, take the Metro Bus Line 234 towards Seattle. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'University St Station' in Seattle. After disembarking, walk south on University St towards the waterfront for about 10 minutes until you reach Alaskan Way. Turn left onto Alaskan Way, and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Pier 62, located at 1951 Alaskan Way.

  • Light Rail

    From Kirkland, walk to the Kirkland Transit Center and board the Metro Bus Line 255 heading towards the South Kirkland Park and Ride. Upon arrival at the park and ride, transfer to the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Travel for about 30 minutes and get off at 'Pioneer Square Station'. From there, exit the station and walk north along 1st Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach Alaskan Way. Turn right and walk for an additional 5 minutes to reach Pier 62 at 1951 Alaskan Way.

  • Bike

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Kirkland. Start your ride from downtown Kirkland and follow the Lake Washington Boulevard for a scenic route. Continue south and merge onto the Burke-Gilman Trail. Follow the trail until you reach the University Bridge, then cross over to the Seattle side. Once in Seattle, continue along the waterfront until you reach Pier 62 at 1951 Alaskan Way.
