    If you're in Kirkland, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Metro Bus Route 245 towards Seattle. You will want to stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to get off at the 'Capitol Hill' stop on 15th Ave E. From there, walk south on 15th Ave E for about 5 minutes until you reach E Pine St. Turn left onto E Pine St and continue for another 2 blocks until you reach 13th Ave. The Cuff Complex will be on your right at 1533 13th Ave.

    From Kirkland, take a bus to the nearest light rail station, which is University of Washington Station. Once there, board the Link Light Rail heading towards Angle Lake. Get off at the Capitol Hill Station. After exiting the station, head east on E John St for 2 blocks, then turn right onto 13th Ave. The Cuff Complex will be on your left at 1533 13th Ave.
