Getting There

    From downtown Renton, head to the Renton Transit Center located at 200 Mill Avenue South. Take King County Metro bus Route 101 towards Seattle. This bus will take you directly to the West Seattle area. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Alki Beach' stop. From there, walk west towards Alki Trail, which is just a short 5-minute walk along the beach.

    If you're close to the Renton waterfront, start at the Renton Riverwalk Park located at 1001 Lake Washington Blvd N. Walk along the riverfront heading west until you reach the intersection with Bronson Way N. Continue on Bronson Way N, which will lead you to the Renton Transit Center. From there, follow the public transit directions as noted above.

    If you prefer biking, Renton has several bike rental shops. Rent a bike and head towards Lake Washington Blvd N. Follow the road north along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Bronson Way N. Continue straight until you reach the Renton Transit Center.
