Bus
From Renton Transit Center, take the Metro Bus #105 towards Bellevue. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'Bellevue Way NE & NE 8th St' stop. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus #240 towards Redmond. Get off at the '100th Ave NE & NE 8th St' stop. Walk north on 100th Ave NE for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Goddard Park on your left.

If you're staying near the Renton Landing area, head east on NE 3rd St towards Rainier Ave S. Continue straight to merge onto the Cedar River Trail. Follow the trail north for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 100th Ave NE. Turn left onto 100th Ave NE and continue walking for another 0.5 miles. Goddard Park will be on your right.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike at a local shop around Renton Landing. Head east on NE 3rd St, then connect to the Cedar River Trail. Cycle north along the trail, enjoying the scenery. After about 1.5 miles, exit the trail and turn left onto 100th Ave NE. Continue for another half mile, and you will find Goddard Park on your right.
