Walking
If you are in downtown Renton, start by heading north on 3rd Street towards Main Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Duvall Avenue NE. Turn left onto Duvall Avenue NE and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will see a sign for the River Trail on your right at the entrance to the park. Enter the park, and the River Trail will be clearly marked.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Renton Transit Center, take Bus Route 105 towards the Renton Highlands. Ride for 10 minutes and get off at the Duvall Avenue NE and 3rd Street stop. From there, walk south on Duvall Avenue NE for about 0.2 miles until you reach the entrance to the River Trail on your left. Enter the park, and the River Trail will be clearly marked.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start from downtown Renton and head north on 3rd Street. After about 0.5 miles, take a right onto Duvall Avenue NE and continue for another 0.3 miles. The entrance to the River Trail will be on your right. The trail is bike-friendly, and you can enjoy a scenic ride along the river.
