Public Transit - Bus
From downtown Renton, head to the Renton Transit Center located at 200 Mill Ave S. Catch the Sound Transit bus route 586 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for about 25-30 minutes until you reach the stop at 2nd Ave & Pike St. From there, walk west on Pike Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Western Ave. Turn left on Western Ave and walk for another 5 minutes. Victor Steinbrueck Park will be on your right at 1999 Western Ave.

Make your way to the nearest Link Light Rail station, which is located at 1500 S 10th St in Renton. Take the Link Light Rail towards Northgate. After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at the Westlake Station to the Sound Transit bus route 40 or 70. Get off at 2nd Ave & Pike St. Walk west on Pike Street for about 5 minutes, then turn left on Western Ave. Walk for another 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Victor Steinbrueck Park at 1999 Western Ave.
