From there, walk east on E Mirabeau Pkwy for about 0.5 miles until you reach Mirabeau Point Park at 13500 E Mirabeau Pkwy.

Start at the Spokane Valley City Hall located at 1020 N Havermale St. Head east on E Sprague Ave for about 0.6 miles then turn right onto N Sullivan Rd.
