If you're starting from downtown Spokane, head to the Spokane Transit Authority Plaza located at 1230 W 1st Ave. Catch the Route 90 bus heading towards Spokane Valley. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-35 minutes, and get off at the stop near the intersection of E Mirabeau Pkwy and N Sullivan Rd. From there, walk east on E Mirabeau Pkwy for about 0.5 miles until you reach Mirabeau Point Park at 13500 E Mirabeau Pkwy.

Start at the Spokane Valley City Hall located at 1020 N Havermale St. Head east on E Sprague Ave for about 0.6 miles then turn right onto N Sullivan Rd.
