To reach Boulder Beach via public transportation, take the Spokane Transit Authority bus #90 from downtown Spokane. You will need to board the bus at a stop near your location. Ride for about 40 minutes and disembark at the stop for E Upriver Dr & N McKinley St. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk east along E Upriver Dr to reach Boulder Beach. Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can bike along the Spokane River Centennial Trail. Start at the nearest access point to the trail, and follow the trail eastward towards Boulder Beach.
