If you are near Riverfront Park, start by heading east towards N Howard St. Walk along the Spokane River, enjoying the scenic views. Once you reach the bridge, cross over and continue walking straight. You will pass the Spokane Falls and the Pavilion. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto N Howard St and continue walking north for about 0.5 miles until you reach 507 N Howard St, where Rotary Fountain is located.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride from your location to Rotary Fountain. Head towards Riverfront Park and follow the designated bike paths along the Spokane River. Once you reach N Howard St, turn right and bike north for about 0.5 miles. Rotary Fountain is located at 507 N Howard St, on your right side.
