    If you are in Brownes Addition, start by heading east on W 1st Ave toward S Howard St. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Spokane River. Once there, you can follow the Riverwalk Trail along the river. Continue walking along the trail for about 1.5 miles until you reach the area near the Spokane House Interpretive Center, which is located at N Nine Mile Rd. As you approach, look for signs directing you to the center.

    From Brownes Addition, walk to the nearest bus stop located at W 1st Ave and S Howard St. Board the Spokane Transit Authority bus #25 (North Side) which will take you towards N Nine Mile Rd. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to pay the fare, which is $2.00 for a single ride. Get off at the stop closest to the Spokane House Interpretive Center. From there, follow the signs to the center, which is a short walk away.
