From Riverfront Park, head southwest towards W Spokane Falls Blvd. Walk along the river, and as you approach the Spokane Falls, take a left onto W Spokane Falls Blvd. Continue on this road until you reach N Howard St. Turn right and walk north until you reach the Horse Ring, located in Riverfront Park near the Spokane River.

If you are near a Spokane Transit Authority bus stop, you can take Bus Route 29 (or any route that stops near Riverfront Park). Board the bus and get off at the Riverfront Park stop. From there, follow the signs to the Horse Ring, which is located in the park near the river's edge.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride along the Centennial Trail that runs through Downtown Spokane.
