From the center of Riverside, head south on N Ruby St toward E Riverside Ave. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach E 5th Ave. Turn right onto E 5th Ave and walk for approximately 0.5 miles. You will then reach S Ben Garnett Way. Turn left onto S Ben Garnett Way and walk up the hill. Spokane City View Point is situated at 260 S Ben Garnett Way, where you will find a stunning view of the city.
