If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Arlington, WA. Head east on N Olympic Ave toward E 5th St. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto E 5th St, which will become Jordan Rd. Continue on Jordan Rd for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Jordan Bridge. The Swinging Bridge is located directly at the Jordan Bridge. There is no parking fee, but be sure to park safely and not obstruct any pathways.

For those using public transportation, take the Skagit Transit bus route that serves the Arlington area. Board the bus at a local stop in Arlington (check the Skagit Transit schedule for exact locations and times). Ride until you reach the stop nearest to Jordan Bridge, usually the Arlington Park & Ride. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk to the Swinging Bridge. Exit the Park & Ride, head southeast on 67th Ave NE, then take a left on Jordan Rd and follow it to the bridge. Be prepared for any walking distance and check for the latest bus schedules as they can change.
