  If you are traveling by car and are less than 50 kilometers from Moncove Lake State Park, you can use the following directions. Start by getting on the nearest highway that leads toward Gap Mills, WV. Depending on your starting point, you may want to take US-219 or WV-63. Follow the signs for Gap Mills, and when you reach the town, look for Moncove Lake Access Road. Turn onto Moncove Lake Access Road and follow it straight to the park entrance, which is located at 695 Moncove Lake Access Rd, Gap Mills, WV 24941. There is no entry fee for the park, but be sure to check the park's operating hours before you visit.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, you will first need to find a bus or train service that connects to the nearest major city, such as Lewisburg or White Sulphur Springs. From there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you the remaining distance to Moncove Lake State Park.
