Start from the Bluefield City Park located at 2200 Park Ave, Bluefield, WV 24701. From the park entrance, head south on Park Ave toward E 23rd St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with US-52. Cross the street and follow US-52 south (toward Princeton). After approximately 1.5 miles, you will see a sign for East River Mountain Scenic Overlook on your left. The overlook is a short walk from the road.
