As you near downtown Lewisburg, look for the intersection with Main St. Continue straight onto US-219 S, which becomes West Washington St. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Lost World Rd. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach Lost World Caverns at 907 Lost World Rd.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start your journey at the Lewisburg Town Hall. From there, head south on US-219 for about 1.2 miles. You will pass local parks and the historic district of Lewisburg. Keep following US-219 S, and when you reach the intersection at West Washington St, continue straight.
