Walking
If you're starting from the Morgantown Public Library, head south on Don Knotts Blvd toward the intersection with Walnut St. Turn right onto Walnut St and walk until you reach the intersection with High St. Turn left onto High St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Water St. Continue straight onto Water St, and you will see the WVU Downtown Visitors Center located at 1 Waterfront Place on your left.
