If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Seneca Rocks and head northeast on Route 33. Continue for about 1 mile until you reach the parking area for the Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area on the right side. There, you will find signage directing you to the trailhead for the observation deck, which is approximately a 1-mile hike from the parking area.
