From any location within Watoga State Park, head towards the park's main road, which is located near the park entrance. Follow the main road south until you reach the junction with FR 25. Turn left onto FR 25. Continue on FR 25 for approximately 2 miles. You will see signs for Riverside Campground. Turn right onto Riverside Campground Rd, and follow it for about 0.5 miles until you reach the campground entrance at 720 Riverside Campground Rd, Marlinton, WV 24954.
Public Transportation
Unfortunately, there is limited public transportation directly to Riverside Campground within Watoga State Park. The closest public transportation options would be to take a bus to Marlinton, WV. From there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Riverside Campground, which is about 10 miles away.
