Bus
From Weirton, head to the Weirton Transit bus stop located at 200 Main St, Weirton, WV. Take the bus that goes to Pittsburgh. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pittsburgh bus terminal, follow the signs to the North Shore area.
Walking
After disembarking from the bus at the Pittsburgh bus terminal, exit onto Liberty Ave. Walk west for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Point State Park. From the park, head towards the riverfront and follow the Three Rivers Heritage Trail along the water. The Water Steps will be located on your left as you approach the North Shore area.
Light Rail
After arriving at the Pittsburgh bus terminal, walk to the nearest light rail station, which is the Steel Plaza station. Board the light rail towards the North Shore. Once you arrive at the North Side station, exit and walk east towards the water. The Water Steps are located along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail.
