If you are driving, make your way to Bayfield, WI. The museum is located at 131 S 1st St. From Highway 13, turn onto Rittenhouse Avenue (County Highway J), and follow it into downtown Bayfield. As you approach the center of town, look for signs directing you to S 1st St. Turn left onto S 1st St, and the Bayfield Maritime Museum will be on your left. There is limited street parking available.

Depending on your starting location, you may need to take a bus to Ashland and then a connecting bus to Bayfield. From the Bayfield Town Dock or any central location, head south on Rittenhouse Avenue towards S 1st St. Once you reach S 1st St, turn right and walk a few blocks until you reach the museum at 131 S 1st St. The walk is scenic and allows you to enjoy the beautiful waterfront views.
